Request the Biofuels Mobile Learning Center for your event

The Biofuels Mobile Learning Center (BMLC) is an exciting traveling exhibit designed to explain and promote the use of biofuels, such as ethanol and biodiesel. The BMLC is offered as a free interactive display courtesy of Indiana corn and soybean farmers. If your organization would like to schedule the BMLC for your event, please complete the form below. Completing the request form is not a guarantee that your event will be selected for our calendar of events. Dates marked pending have been requested and are being reviewed. You may still submit a request for these days. In the event the previous request cannot be booked, your request will then be considered.

Requirements: While the BMLC is offered as a free interactive exhibit, additional charges or fees for your event will need to be covered by your organization. Please note that expected attendance at your event must meet a minimum requirement of 350 people per day. A space of 50' length x 25' wide is needed for the BMLC. The exhibit is typically powered by a generator. If this is not an option (i.e. exhibit will be placed in an enclosed area where exhaust fumes would be a concern), electrical hookup must be provided to handle 220 volts/60 amps service.

PLEASE CONFIRM that you have sufficient exhibit space to accommodate the exhibit prior to submitting a request.
